Fantastic experience: There is a great community that attended the class. I had a great time, the structure of the warm-up into the workout had a good flow to it. I think they have a great set up although it can get in the way sometimes and cause a little bit of traffic. I look forward to visiting here again and meeting other coaches.

Fantastic experience: I travel a great deal. Mainly into the Orange County area. Went out of my way to try this gym. Aside from parking, this place was great! Sergio coaches the class and nearly everyone came up and said hello. They seem to have a good balance between a fun community and legit workouts. Most places I go to usually have one or the other. This place had both. Would visit again!

Fantastic experience: People are amazing here , first time ever trying out CrossFit and the coaches here explain movements with detail and actually do the workout with you so you can have a visual presentation of how it should go. They are patient with you and help you through everything . It's just awesome here. Update ! I finished my 6 weeks challenge with this gym and I have amazing results with my fitness . I am going to continue coming here because I am loving this gym and the people here . I have built so much confidence and strength . ☺️

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym! The coaching staff are extremely supportive, genuine, and kind. They also have a spacious training area with up-to-date equipment. Always very clean and in a cool, hip area. As for the folks who are members, you could not find a friendlier group!
