Fantastic experience: Lauren is an amazing instructor and human being! The way she teaches shows her love for the tradition of yoga and her deep desire to serve her students to meet their needs. I am always so excited for each class to experience whatever wonderful flow she has thoughtfully created for us. In class I always feel safe, knowing she knows how to get me into and out of poses in a way that will nourish my body. Her thrist for knowledge and drive for growth show up in the art of her teaching. Her studio has an energy that has to be felt in person. Having this studio here is such a blessing. Thank you Lauren for providing us with a beautiful space to be ourselves and continue to grow!

Fantastic experience: Lauren is a phenomenal teacher with excellent knowledge and skills along with a great personality.my personal training as a student by her helped me to be very flexible,improving my general state of well-being along with my breathing capacity.the place is clean and quiet.planning to be a yoga instructor myself in due course by her institution.as a cardiologist I believe yoga can help with several problems the new world bringing us.
