CrossFit^® Saga

Fantastic experience: CrossFit SAGA is a fantastic gym! Their programming is a good balance of cardio and strength training. I been at this gym for one year and I have constantly been hitting new PRs and have managed to stay motivated. There is a DIVERSE community who inspires and pushes you to new limits. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: The SagaFit gym has the best coaches who will patiently work on your progression, safety first - Angel and Ashley makes sure that we do not get injured; they make sure our form is correct rather than hitting heavy weights. Angel Rodriguez was instrumental to fixing my eating habits and made it sustainable for me. The gym has suppprtive members and treats each one like family. I am proud to be part of this community.

Fantastic experience: Just started and already in love with this place! Great atmosphere! Friendly staff and amazing community. Coach Angel is amazing, knowledgeable and patient! Every single day after the workout you will leave this place feeling like a new person! I would highly recommend everyone to come and experience it for themselves at-least once!
