Fantastic experience: I'm only 2 weeks in and already feeling addicted! Great people! I don't feel like anybody judges anyone. If you can't do something everybody helps you get through it. Great coach! Always helping with perfect form so nobody gets hurt! Thanks! Crossfit oneonta I'm glad to join a gym I feel comfortable at!

Fantastic experience: One month in and loving it! I am being taught, motivated, and inspired, you can't get that at just any gym. Glad I finally gave Crossfit Onoenta a try , hate that I didn't do it sooner.

Fantastic experience: In contrast to Chris, CrossFit Oneonta is not a "Fitness Center." Its a functional fitness gym with actual coaches and actual programming based on science and not marketing. You'll learn far more in a week doing CrossFit about yourself and fitness than you would in 6 months at a traditional gym.

Positive experience: It is a small cozy fitness center, but doesn't have near the fitness options of The Gym.
