Fantastic experience: I loved working out at DTO. Bella was my usual instructor and she was amazing. All coaches were great, well informed and very supportive. I had to leave due to my job moving me around. I recommend 100%!

Fantastic experience: I'm not sure that there are words to describe what an incredible time I've had at DTO! I'm a traveling nurse, and the thought of trying to find a new box for a few months was a little daunting. From the moment I stepped through the front door, I felt like I'd been a member for years. The coaches and athletes are so welcoming and make you feel like you're part of the family. Yes, FAMILY. The coaches are incredible and truly want what's best for you. They're wonderful helping with form without being overbearing. The programming is also a lot of fun and can be scaled for all levels. LADIES: It's so difficult to find a community of strong women who truly support each other. That's exactly what I've found here. If I have sadness about moving to my next assignment, it's that I can't bring the DTO CrossFit family with me. Try out a class. You'll find more than just fitness here!

Fantastic experience: Staying at the Hilton and searched for CrossFit locations nearby. Found this gem/gym, and dropped in - a quick 5 min walk from the hotel. They were very welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The space is compact, but very well utilized - and there's a good selection of equipment. There are also a good number of classes to choose from each day; I think pretty much anyone could find a time that works for them. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in town!

Fantastic experience: I found DTO CrossFit on google as I was searching for a place to workout. I decided to give it a try and I absolutely love it! The coaches are amazing and I love the family atmosphere at DTO CrossFit! I came in with zero experience and the coaches spent lots of time helping me with mobility and technique. I HIGHLY recommend DTO CrossFit!
