Fantastic experience: Great place to work out! No set class times, just go in and you're done in 30 minutes. Great owner!

Positive experience: I love how I can go to the gym around my schedule, and often have the place to myself. The trainers are all friendly and extremely helpful. I mostly work with Rhace and Zeke and they are both great. I have noticed improvements in my strength and overall health since joining and would recommend it to anyone who loves kickboxing and a good workout.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to 9Rounds for 18 months and it has been great. Staff is friendly and motivate you to give it your all. I would highly recommend!! ????
