Fantastic experience: This was such a great experience so much fun the instructor Nikki is a gem I highly recommend this fitness studio for your workout needs they are truly innovative in the way they condition your body please try it you will have a ball.

Fantastic experience: Excellent martial arts training. Kids love Sensei James! Trained for 4 years elsewhere and decided to travel to James. No regrets! Far exceeds our expectations. The fighting skills are something your kids will carry throughout their life. Great competition training also if that’s something you desire.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Innovative Fit! Nikki is very friendly, accommodating, and inspirational! Never been so motivated! Love the idea of new, unique, fun workouts with a fabulous support group! My 6yr old son also joined the Martial Arts program. He is definitely enjoying himself along with learning great self defense techniques! This is my new home away from home, just what I needed to better myself and my family for 2021!

Fantastic experience: Lost over 30lbs in the few months I've attended classes all while having a lot of fun doing so. The instructors are helpful, compassionate and make you feel very welcome. The same is to be said with others that attend classes. Everyone is there to help motivate and encourage each other. It's a great place to start or diversify your workouts. ????
