Fantastic experience: Good place to learn to swim. At 43 years old I couldn't swim a bit, so, I started to take some early morning water classes and it didn't take long before i was all over the pool. This gym is great for Women the toning tables and the equipment is clean as well as the shower area and locker rooms. The best thing is the other women are non-judgmental I fit In Like a pro. Best gym in OKC in my opinion.
