Positive experience: Very small, kinda like an express Y. No sauna, no steam room. Just one area for weights, but gets the job done

Fantastic experience: I love my gym not crowd in the early morning clean been a member for 4 years for a 64 year old. It helps me to keep moving stay bless and keep up the good work

Positive experience: The workout area was clean, not too many people, and nice staff. The showers are was clean, organized but the lockers were working ????. Anyways, I will definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: This gym is small but very nice and clean with a decent amount of equipment. The weight lifting section is not huge, but it does have some free weights. There's a ton of cardio equipment. There's a studio that you are allowed to use when they're not having a class. Locker rooms have showers and towels and have locks built-in to the lockers that you can reprogram each visit.
