Fantastic experience: I love coming to the gym now. Coach Berry is always helpful and positive. He cares about each an every person who walks in his door. There is no hype here just solid training. The other clients are wonderful too. We are all working hard and our own levels. I love the changes I am seeing in my body. I can almost fit into a pair of short shorts from my 20's and I am in my last 40's.

Fantastic experience: I am 67. With bilateral hip replacements and a total shoulder replacement I thought it was pretty much over as far as getting back into shape until I met Coach Berry at Dare To Be Fit. It didn't take long before I was dropping weight and gaining lean muscle.
