Fantastic experience: Had a great experience. The staff was really friendly. The place was really clean. It’s hard to get my kids away from computer games but they enjoy coming to the classes here.

Boxing, Muay Thai, yoga, strength and conditioning, nutrition, personal training, & open gym all under one roof… and there’s even an ocean view! Super friendly atmosphere, welcome and inclusive to all types and skill levels. I started with ZERO experience, and no one made me feel uncomfortable or weird… I just blended right in. They have great coaches who actually care about your development, and an awesome community culture. Whether you’re just getting started, or want to take your training to the next level, you should check this place out.
