Ocean City Yoga

Fantastic experience: Kristin and the other instructors at OC Yoga are excellent. I was lucky to find them the first night I arrived so I was able to attend their morning yoga classes 7 days in a row and have a blissed out beach trip as a result, starting with Kristin’s moving summer solstice sunrise yoga class—so good. All 3 teachers I saw were good at providing adaptations and showed awareness of all kind of bodies / yoga experience and comfort, and had slightly different styles and focuses. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Kristin was outstanding! She made a lasting impression on me with her pace and kindness. Her training as a certified Yoga therapist from Loyola Marymount in California also made a strong impression. I have been to many Yoga classes but her class was transformational. I practice breathing with more attention as a result of her tutelage. I think of her often and hope everyone can have an opportunity to attend her class. I wish her well!
