Fantastic experience: Amazing place to learn how to defend yourself for real. These guys practice real life situations and how to use techniques from Maui Thai, judo, and jujitsu. Kevin is an awesome teacher and will not let you leave without having at least the basic knowledge of how to defend your self. It’s a process but once you get pass the beginning and find your style, it’s just building yourself from there. this place makes me so happy, may have even saved my life and I don’t just mean by defending my self. Its a family at this gym.
