Fantastic experience: I love the classes! I have been to 3 different instructor's classes so far and they are all great and bring such good energy to class.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the classes at diamond barre! The classes are really structured and can be modified to your ability. They are super inclusive too. As someone who works in the mental health field and specifically with girls with eating disorders I am thrilled to say there is never any talk of weight loss or pressure to change your body. All body shapes and sizes are included here! It's exercise for physical and mental well being and I AM HERE FOR IT!!!

Fantastic experience: I have never been to a barre class once and I went to my first one today. I love the variety and how you truly work every part of your body. I feel refreshed and also sore because you really work everything out well. Sarah Maher is such a great instructor and she is able to include encouragement and clear direction throughout the whole class. You may walk in not knowing her but you definitely walk out feeling like her best friend. You never once feel bad about where you are in your physical journey but encouraged and uplifted. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: My wife bought a one week membership went to Ocean City on vacation. She went to a class every day and found the workouts to be high-quality and the instructors to be exceptional. She can’t wait to go back!
