CrossFit^® 1088: CrossFit^® For All Ages

Fantastic experience: Even though I'm new to CrossFit, I'm enjoying my workouts with Priscilla as she is making exercising fun and positive with encouragement and a variety each time I go. Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! Great workouts, great people, and an amazing coach! It is an environment where you can feel confident and safe learning new skills and improving on the skills you already have. Coach Priscilla is a fantastic teacher, other members are very supportive of newbies (like me), and the class is definitely a challenge!

Fantastic experience: I had a great drop-in experience at CrossFit 1088! I dropped in for an Open workout as well as a class. It is a nice open air gym and great community. Both members and coaches (I had Priscilla and Mary) were welcoming and accommodating. I will definitely return next time I am in the area!

Fantastic experience: 1088 is not your typical gym. It is full of like minded, hardworking individuals who make you feel like family. No judgement and everyone cheers you on to be better today than yesterday! Priscilla and her staff are amazing and will make sure your mechanics are correct to safely perform each exercise. The one thing I was most impressed with when I was looking for a gym is what Coach Priscilla said to me, “we are in the relationship business first.” After 6 weeks of membership her actions line up with her words. 1088 cares and wants to be a part of helping you achieve your goals. Fantastic experience: Priscilla & her team are experts at designing a workout program that fits your age, your current fitness condition ( or lack there of), & your fitness goals while including any medical conditions you may share with them. They will listen & adjust accordingly. This is a special service that is not available in the larger “national” gyms. I learn something new with each visit. Highly recommended!
