Positive experience: Great gym and new but lacks Hammer strength and squat rack.
Fantastic experience: State of the art equipment, clean, friendly staff. All levels of fitness be it rehab, aerobics, strength or hypotrophy training. 2 pools indoor n outdoor and a heated whirlpool
Fantastic experience: They have an indoor gym and pool that offers many activities galore! Also an outdoor pool that you can relax by and do your water walking exercises. Great staff
Positive experience: I can never find anyone to help me with the equipments. Otherwise it seems to be a nice place.
