Fantastic experience: After 3 years of no excise, I was ready to hit the gym again. But this time I was looking for a coach that will push my limits and take me out of my comfort zone but at the same time will be patient with me. I found this place online and I am so grateful I did. Is everything that I expected and so much more. Since the initial phone consultation provided by the Head Coach Annette, I knew this was the place for me. I asked how I sign up after explaining my situation and she responded come and join us for a FREE week and after that you decided when you want to sign up. The first class was given by Zayra one of the instructors she was so amazing and very kind and patient with me. Took the time to explain twice every time I did not get the move. I am hooked went back yesterday and will be signing up for my weekly routine. Therefore, if you are looking to get back at the healthy living style this is the place to come for a good workout with coaches that really care for you.

Fantastic experience: As a college student, Synergy is my space where I get away from all my stress and I put it to the side to focus on nobody and nothing else but MYSELF. Coach Annette and her staff are incredible. They push me to limits I didn’t even know I was capable of reaching and that right there speaks volumes. It’s a safe place to become your best self emotionally, physically, and mentally. Professionalism is top tier let me not forget to mention! I wouldn’t want to workout anywhere else but here! If I could give 10 million stars I would !!
