Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a few classes while in town for holiday. Kristin was great to have as a coach and a great athlete. The gym was full of friendly folk, too. I’ll definitely be dropping in again next time I’m in town.

Fantastic experience: My family and some friends were on vacation in Oak Island, NC. We decided to visit Southport CrossFit for a drop in wod. They were awesome host and very welcoming to us. We had a great workout and got some excellent coaching tips from Kristin. Thank you Southport CF for a great time!
