Fantastic experience: Both myself and my daughter have trained at 360 Defense for the past 3+ years. It's a great workout while learning self defense. My partners are awesome. I have other gym memberships but this is the one I never miss.The instructors are great with the kids.

The Instructors are phenomenal and extremely patient, and spend the time to assist. The people I have met here and fellow classmates are welcoming and helpful.

Fantastic experience: 360 Defense Martial Arts had helped my son, Zakkery, improved his self-esteem, his confidence, and the ability to defend himself. This class had shown him how to be prepared, get focused, and be alert at all time. 360 Defense Martial Arts had helped me to get my strength in Kickboxing. I just started recently going to Kickboxing class, and I could see the difference in my confidence and my self-esteem.
