Fantastic experience: THIS GYM HAS EVERYTHING A BODY NEEDS! I was in town for work and met the owner, who is a nice guy. He granted me a day pass, and I was impressed with the size of the gym and the amount of equipment. It was not crowded and played good music. It was the highlight of my Demopolis visit.

Fantastic experience: I was in town for work and needed a place to work out. Called the number and was able to speak to who I assume was the owner. Allowed me to access the place after the staff had left (as that's the only time my schedule permitted). Great, old school feel in there. I'm a big fan of gyms that are basic in their construct, no flashy BS. Awesome experience.
