Fantastic experience: When I first visited Crossfit Candor I was skeptical and scared. I was over 300 lbs, in the worst shape of my life, and other gyms and diets did not work for me. Three months in my life is changing. I am becoming healthier, stronger, and most importantly I can move again. The coaches have been top notch. They have monitored my progress, making sure I am able to do each exercise and that I don't injure myself in the process. The exercise is hard but it will make positive changes in your body and mind. The best part is the community. Everyone wants to see you win.

The people here are like family and everyone is super encouraging and helpful.
