Fantastic experience: I have always loved working out at Shred, so it was hard when we all had to start self-quarantining. However, to be able to continue shredding from home has been AMAZING with the fantastic at-home workouts Shred has been providing all of us! Shred’s care for their clients is always outstanding, and their workouts are what are helping me stay sane through these hard times. It is a great way to stay active at home, while still staying safe and healthy. And it’s a great way to pass the time!
