Positive experience: No frills here or showers, hot tub or locker room. But it's a good location near the high school. There is no contracts, you pay by the month. The price is very reasonable. It's clean and machines are kept in good working order. Way in the back are some spin machines, a small bathroom and a changing room with a scale. An excellent value.

Positive experience: I go around 10 or 11 to avoid being around a bunch of people so the 24hr aspect is very nice. Almost all the machines I want, they dont have a weighted crunch machine but have other ab machines so its ok. They atmosphere is professional but not uptight. There hasnt been a gym supervisor as far as i know its based on the honor system and seems like that is respected pretty well.

Positive experience: Great exercise facility with 24 hour access. Kept in good repair and clean. Lots of equipment to choose from.
