Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Lizzy enough. Whether you are looking for online yoga, in person yoga, teacher training, or massage, you won't go wrong with her. She has the best energy, is super professional, authentic, just overall amazing.

Fantastic experience: A delightful small yoga studio offering Vinyasa and Yin classes. I have enjoyed the owner, Lizzy Moore’s classes very much. She is knowledgeable and fun as a yoga teacher. Her Wednesday evening class, The Stretch, is great for those new to yoga. Parking space is somewhat limited but there are adjacent parking lots that can be used.
