Fantastic experience: This is the best place to workout 24 hours a day and 7 days a week!! So convenient to go when you want when you need!! I love working out in the hot sauna and its a bonus to be able to control the heat level! There are 10 different classes to take including yoga my favorite, Pilates, spin, barre and so much more!! I love to just go and stretch sometimes in the heated room. There is also a nice shower and a weight room! Very reasonable prices!! Staff are awesome and helpful!! Check it out. I love it!!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. A good sweat at a CLEAN gym. Love coming here and getting my workout in whenever I have time 24/7 access. To the review giving 1 star, any gym requires a 60-90 day notice not a reason to give a bad review.. anyone who works out at gyms knows they have to give notice. Definitely recommend making this a spot to get a good fun workout in. Never boring and always something new to try! Worth it when trying to get back into fitness or maintain your routine!
