Crunch Fitness - Palm Beach Gardens

Positive experience: Nice gym! Could have been more clear on their friend passes. I'm from out of town. My friend has a membership and picked up a pass for me. I had to pay to workout, because they only work if you live within 5 miles of the gym.

Positive experience: I absolutely love this gym and people here. I’m always greeted so kindly. I come early mornings before work and showering is part of my routine but for over two weeks now there hasn’t been hot water in first two showers. Yes I’ve waited for 15 minutes and let water just run and yes I know how to use the showers. I’ve mentioned it few times now and nothing has changed. It’s not very pleasant to shower with cold water. I didn’t want to complain at all but I also hoped that this has been taken care of and as of today it’s not. Also considering that locker is closed for an hour every day for cleaning it’s never really clean there. Edit: Your response was all great but another week has passed and there still isn’t any hot or even warm water in the first two showers. Can this be addressed?

Positive experience: I enjoy this gym for the most part, great sauna clean well organized equipment and genuinely cool staff. It can get obnoxiously busy tho and there will be literal lines to use some of the equipment which can be a headache but that’s relatively minor. I do have genuine beef with some of what goes on with the trainers/classes though, literally half of the gym and a whole workout section was closed off for a class on an extremely busy day, which meant no Olympic lifts, bag work, sled pushing kettle bells free weights etc. I guess trainers/classes are part of this gyms whole shpeal but I personally think they take away from it for most.

Fantastic experience: This is my home gym since day 1 of opening & I love it. Always clean & I personal train in kickboxing with Jordan. He's an excellent trainer that makes you feel comfortable & pushes you to do your best!!! My improvements are full credit to him & his detailed training sessions.
