Fantastic experience: This Gym has everything. From the huge space, new equipment and excellent coaching staff, It has been a joy starting my year off by working out here. Oscar, Chad (The owner) and Lulu are super knowledgeable, experienced coaches . The most important thing in a gym is to feel a since of community and that the staff and members care about your success. CrossFit Armed has it all.
