Fantastic experience: Great and spacious. The coaches are great. Best gym I've ever joined. They keep you on track. Workouts are organized and laid out for you. Just show-up, follow the routine, get stronger and fitter. And they have an awesome yoga class Wednesday nights. Rebalance and get more flexible mid-week. Love it!

Fantastic experience: I messaged many gyms in the Augusta area and Lynne at CrossFit North Augusta was the only one who got back to me, followed up and was able to accommodate my 6 week drop in while I was in town. Great environment! Coach was super friendly as well as the members! Very glad I chose to drop in here for 6 weeks! Will drop in again anytime I'm in town. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Went for my 1st visit and introduction to Crossfit. Daniel was my coach and was extremely knowledgeable and supportive! Definitely looking forward to my next visit and hopefully a future home for working out! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Daniel, one of the owners is very friendly and welcoming. He likes to know each individual personally and keeps a careful eye to make sure everyone is safe with the exercises. I go to the 6 a.m. sessions. There are some good supportive people there. If you want a good workout with a dose of kick-ass this is the place for you.
