Fantastic experience: I was just starting to look into Crossfit and came in for a class to try it out and kept coming back, the coaches and the atmosphere is great! They are so welcoming to all fitness levels and will push you to do your best every class. I would definitely suggest it to anyone, no matter fitness level!

Fantastic experience: The best crossfit gym this side of the Mississippi! This gym is very family oriented and built around friendship and hard work. Parents have no fear about missing workouts, bring your kids. There is a kid area but no dedicated sitter. If you want to get healthy, in shape, and work hard while having fun and making great friends, then this is the place for you!

Fantastic experience: The environment is very welcoming, the coaches are knowledgeable, and the gear is top notch. The current members of the gym are embracing of new members and drop ins are always welcomed with open arms. They are very LEO/MIL/First Responder friendly and the prices are the best in Norfolk. If you’re just moving into the area or are just looking for a new gym this should be your first stop.
