Fantastic experience: Sooo many power racks with landmine attachments. Turf strip for drags and carries is a nice plus.

Fantastic experience: Great gym for people who are serious about lifting. The gym is primarily squat racks and free weights. There are a few cardio machines - mostly rowers.

Fantastic experience: They have a new look. The entire facility was upgraded this year. 12 power racks DB from 5 to 150!! and a full cross fit work out cage. They have some strong man equipment and the basic accessorie machines upstairs with all the carido equipment. 10/10 going again.
