Fantastic experience: Been doing CF for a while and am thrilled I found these guys shortly upon moving here in 2021! The coaches here are all knowledgeable, friendly, and very focused on form. I’ve dropped in other boxes and it’s really made me thankful to be part of Bad Wolf because of all the expertise matched with authentic care. Love it here!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a gym that is welcoming to ALL, this is your gym! I am NOT a "gym person" but knew I needed accountability and help getting back into shape after doing NOTHING for a few years after our last child. I attended my first class on Christmas Eve 2019 and was hooked! The coaches are welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They provide numerous modifications for each workout to fit each individual's need and level of ability. The members are just amazing! I look forward to going to class not only for the workout, but for the encouragement from such a sweet community of people! Don't hesitate to come check us out! Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for an awesome experience with great coaches, members, programs, and facilities then BadWolf CrossFit in Nolensville is your place. I walked in 3+ years ago as a former athlete who hadn’t worked out in 15 years. Kyle Windle, Ryan Gaffney, and the rest of the coaches met me where I was. They made sure that I was able to progress appropriately, while avoiding injuries and getting fit. Come for one class and you’ll be hooked. That first class has turned into over 200 classes/year for me. You won’t regret it!!!!

Fantastic experience: Kyle, Ryan, and the other coaches are experts at helping both seasoned athletes and newcomers (like myself) set and achieve fitness goals. More than just getting exercise, they focus on the movements and teaching their clients how to perform them without injury - which is especially important for those of us getting older. The physical and mental transformation I've experienced under their coaching has been a real lifesaver. My only regret is that I didn't start their program sooner.
