Pilates Fitness Center Norman

Fantastic experience: Several years ago I had two major shoulder surgeries, and Kim and Hailey at the Pilates Fitness Center have worked with me to get my flexibility back. The studio runs like clockwork and provides a very relaxing environment. I am so thankful that Kim and Linda decided to open this facility and I often think about the number of people whose lives are better because of PFC.

Fantastic experience: The team at PFC in Norman is the best! All the instructors are thoroughly trained in a variety of disciplines and do an excellent job working with you whether you are a beginner or advanced. The studio is beautiful, always very clean, and features state-of-the-art equipment. I love the classes and always leave feeling wonderful! I highly recommend this studio and Pilates as part of your fitness regimen! .

Fantastic experience: Top-notch studio offering a variety of classes: intro to advanced, classical to contemporary. Extremely knowledgeable instructors are super conscious of your form, insuring that you get the most out of every move and helping you modify when you need to. Friendly vibe makes it easy to forget how you are working!

Fantastic experience: I've been taking Pilates from PFC since it opened, and absolutely love it. It's my sanctuary! The facility is clean and beautiful with state of the art equipment. Their online reservation system is extremely convenient. Most importantly, the entire staff is professional, kind, encouraging and fun. Kim, my instructor, is excellent with cues and giving one on one personal attention. She is also a dear friend. After a PFC class, I always leave feeling like I've been challenged, and I look forward to going each week to keep me healthy.
