Fantastic experience: SLR is my favorite place for yoga and Pilates reformer. Fantastic instructors, challenging classes in an absolutely beautiful space.

Fantastic experience: So happy to have SLR in town. Workouts are both challenging and most are suitable for every level of fitness. Instructors are excellent and the place in a whole in a comfortable, calm environment.
