Fantastic experience: I started group fitness classes 8 years ago, & have been a member of many different gyms/studios in the past. LU is the first place I’ve seen the most physically and mentally positive results in myself. LU’s certified instructors make their variety of classes engaging and fun! They also emphasize the importance of supplementing workouts with proper nutrition by actually offering a weekly accountability meeting to help us effectively stay on track with our health goals. Both the instructors and the women taking classes are always super uplifting, and have encouraged me to push myself to the next level (level up!!) many times. LU is super spacious and clean, which makes for the perfect atmosphere to focus on yourself, and get to work! Highly recommend LU for anyone who’s just getting started or who is looking to find their new happy place!

Fantastic experience: I recently took the boot camp class with Kristi and can’t wait to go back. The studio is very welcoming and members are so friendly and encouraging. You can tell Kristi really loves her job. She was so personable and kept checking to make sure I was doing ok since it was my first time. She made the work out challenging but fun at the same time. So much more motivating than a boring gym.

Fantastic experience: A newcomer to this studio… a devote follower of Cari’s from Graffiti. Only highly favorable impressions to-date. Welcoming loft-like studio ambiance with high ceilings, good acoustics and room to move. Classes are well attended, but not over-crowded. Do make your class reservations online in advance and arrive :10 early. Appreciate the “work at your own pace” flexibility in the choreography and cardio. Parking is a breeze with strip mall parking access. A much easier in & out process than traditional health clubs (which are a thing of the past in my own behaviorally altered Pots-pandemic world.) But the friendly community vibe LevelUp puts out gets me coming back for more!

Fantastic experience: I never thought I’d be so connected to a fitness center that a. is just for women b. a storefront c. is purely classes. Before I joined LU, I typically sporadically went to gym or exercised outside. My workout schedule was a bit lonely, and I never realized this until I found LevelUp. In addition to having AMAZING instructors and classes, it is more than just a building and warm welcoming space. It’s a wonderful community of women supporting each other of all ages and fitness levels. As soon as you walk in the doors, you feel the sense of community, commitment, and energy. Kristi works hard at making this not just a fitness center by her various member challenges, accountability meetings, many events and welcoming every person who walks in the door (as do all the instructors). Thank you for helping me realize something very special I was lacking in my life especially during these difficult times of Covid!

Fantastic experience: I signed up to be a member before Kristi opened her doors because I believed in her and the environment she would create. This is a judgement free studio, open to women of all shapes and sizes. When gyms and studios closed during the pandemic, I stopped working out. LevelUp has given me the excitement back to workout. The instructors are all AMAZING, and they will always push you. Their education in fitness does not go unnoticed. Take a class because you won’t regret it!
