CrossFit^® ONE Nation - Needham

Fantastic experience: I have never been able to make a gym part of my life routine until now. The gym is amazing. From the beautiful layout to the large locker room and sauna area.

Fantastic experience: Dropped into the gym twice this week and may try for a third tomorrow. Nice big facility with lots of equipment and fitness tools throughout. Worked with Coach Sam and Kate, both provided some nice instruction and ideal level of motivation as I left a sweat angel on the floor.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined ONE Nation once gym facilities were able to open outside. I was immediately welcomed into my first class by the knowledgeable and professional coaches, as well as by the friendly ONE Nation members. The coaches took the time to speak to me, learn about my fitness level and made me feel comfortable by suggesting modifications and providing encouragement. They provide both bootcamp and crossfit classes, which is nice to have a choice. The facility is very clean and large enough for social distancing during your workout both inside and/or outside at your preference. I have been looking for a safe clean place to workout again and I’m excited that I found ONE Nation.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a fun and safe fitness option, look no further! Crossfit One Nation Needham has tons of space both indoors and outdoors! The staff at One Nation have marked out safe designated workout zones that allow athletes to maintain social distance while having fun and getting their sweat on! Equipment is sanitized in-between classes and there is plenty of equipment for each athlete to have their own barbell, medball, DB, etc. Coaches are also always prepared with alternative movements in the event someone needs a different social distant option, or has an injury/limitation. They really do prepare for everything and for athletes of all ages & abilities! Music selection is awesome, the members are incredible (they are always hanging out, cheering each other on, and encouraging each other to do more), and I can always count on Coach Spencer or Coach Sam to add in a little ab surprise at the end of class! Come join in on the fun! I promise you that you wont regret it!
