Fantastic experience: What can you get done in 20-minutes? Let me tell you... the best workout of your life! I have never felt as challenged in a 60-minute boot-camp, CrossFit, spin class, or interval training class as I do here. The 20-minute workout is a science/evidence-based exercise program. I've used this workout technique with another provider, and my body transformed more quickly than it had with any other workout routine. For the price of a group workout, I get an one-on-one workout. At Ultimate 20 Minute Workout, "Crack-the-Whip" Wes carefully monitors my progress & pushes me EVERY single workout! I've had trainers that "try" to remember what weights I had pushed in the previous workout, but the results were always mixed/messy. When I enter the studio, Wes has calibrated each machine to my personal settings and weights. Whether your 65+ wanting to preserve bone-density/muscle mass, or in your early 30s wanting to increase muscle definition & strength, you owe it to yourself to meet Wes & checkout the Ultimate 20 Minute Workout.

Fantastic experience: Best strength conditioning program ever, for folks who are starting to lose muscle from age and/or lifestyle. Slow and controlled, but keep it up till it's everything you got. Super slow technique. (Google it.) Especially good for the over 40 crowd. Build, maintain muscle, with no injury inducing explosive movement.
