Fantastic experience: I would give Pulse 100 stars if it was an option. This is the best gym I have ever found in terms of group classes. In my experience, group classes at gyms are usually on the easier side, and so I've always tended to work out on my own or with a workout plan from an app. Pulse's group classes are so challenging, and I can honestly say I don't think I've worked out harder in my life. It's AWESOME. That being said, classes are (of course) go at your own pace and, for the most part, suitable for all levels as long as you know your own limitations. Truly a place where you can grow into your workouts, learn, be challenged and sweat. The instructors are fabulous and they treat you like family, rather than an impersonal gym or a chain exercise place. In addition to the classes they also have a weights section where you can lift, and treadmills, rowers, bikes, etc, if you'd rather work out on your own. The prices are affordable as well. I'm so happy I found this gym.

Fantastic experience: I have never been to a gym or taken a class before. I tried Barre with Lisa and it was amazing! I returned the following week for Barre Survival with Emily and loved that class too. The music was great. Both instructors were fantastic and I can't wait to go back!

Fantastic experience: There is no place in the world like Pulse. Jacki genuinely cares about me and my progress more than my money in a way that I have never seen from a fitness provider. This is what keeps me coming back. She has a magical way of pushing without pushing. She makes it feel almost easy - I do not know how she does it! I love the vibe in the gym and studio – it's serious and fun at the same time, great music. Personally I am anti-diet-culture and don't do scales – Jacki was fine with that and was open to me defining my own success even though the beach bootcamp incorporates a weight loss component. I'm so happy I found Pulse, highly recommend!!!
