Fantastic experience: I love everything about D&I, the classes, the trainers, and the community that they have built. Marcus has been training me for years and truly understands my strengths and weaknesses. I just had an amazing, therapeutic sports massage with Nate, and I can’t recommend him enough. If you are tight and hurting from overuse, go see him, you will feel instantly better.

Fantastic experience: I could not love this gym more! It is so much more than just a place to work out, it is a community and a family. Delon, Marcus, Daria, Nate - all the trainers are so fabulous, hard working, motivating and caring. I want to put in a special plug too for Nate's massages and stretching sessions. Don't expect a spa experience with Enya music playing! Bring whatever is hurting you and Nate will work it out of your body with his magic hands. Extremely knowledgeable about the musculature, Nate will help figure out what is wrong and then fix it. High praise all around for D + I Fitness!

Fantastic experience: Love this facility and LOVE the fact that they offer MASSAGE!! Recently had Nathan massage my calves as they were tight from constant soul cycle classes. And I instantly felt relief. Even a few weeks back he helped me through a pulled lower back. He truly knows the human body. He’s a miracle worker! Thanks Nathan and D&I!
