Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at Legion for 2 years and I absolutely love it! I started there doing the 6 week challenge and I was hooked after that. Everyone there is very supportive and the coaches are great on helping you reach your fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: So far so good. I just started a few days ago. I’ve never really exercised. Throw class let’s you take your time. I certainly can’t keep up yet. But the coaches encourage you and let you adapt.

Fantastic experience: I went in very nervous, as I’ve never really worked out with oversight before, or with a group. As a 51 year old with herniated lumbar discs and double tear in one rotator cuff, I had a lot of concerns about worsening my injuries. Exercises were modified where needed, and the next day I was not really any worse foe wear, other than normal muscle soreness in arms and legs from actually using them. There was no judgment, the atmosphere was upbeat, the work out fast paced, and I got the best 45 minute workout I’ve ever had. This program is just what I needed!
