Fantastic experience: Such an amazing, energetic, and fun environment! You forget that you had a long stressful day at work the minute you walk in the door. I have never loved working out so much and have never found anything that has produced such great results. I began with the Boot camp class and occasionally personal training sessions and now also go to the new Yoga class offered on Thursdays. I love all the workouts. The staff and members are all welcoming, friendly, fun, and helpful. I truly can not say enough great things about the staff and the workouts offered at Elite One!!
