CrossFit^® Wild Rose Newark NJ

Positive experience: I came in to try it and immediately fell in love with it, the trainers have amazing energy, the music will have you pump and the people there were really nice, everyone is there to better themselves. The only reason I’m giving it 4/5 stars is because the membership options are too expensive :/. But to those who can afford nearly $200 a month to workout and meet new people I would say Go ahead !!

Fantastic experience: U looking for a place that u will get fit and change ur life for the better Be happy and confident with urself..u will change ur body ..mind.. and soul also ur lifestyle u will attract healthy people into ur life..coach and instructor Gabi is the best of the best and will transform ur body into a work of art guarantee its one of the greatest thing u could honestly say u did for urself ur entire life...highly recommend its great for a beginner and conditioned trainer and a bodybuilder this will shock ur muscles into the next plateau that u where struggling to break thru...can't tell u how highly recommended this training is jus go and do it u will not regret it

Fantastic experience: Fantastic trainers. Intense workouts and takes advantage of every minute offered. No class feels like a loss. Learned proper form and a variety of work outs to move your whole body. The attention to form and pupil to pupil is second to none. I'd recommend to anyone that's learning, looking for an extra push to the next level or just straight up look to build endurance and challenge yourself.
