Fantastic experience: Brandon and his entire team of instructors are real professionals—they deeply care about your progress and will work with you to achieve your goals. Brandon walked me through exactly what I should be doing and truly listened…very authentic guy. Plus, every single workout I’ve taken pushes me to my limits, but in an effective and achievable manner. They have a true sense of community here and the classes are often the highlight of my day!

Fantastic experience: Drop in rate is $18 per class and you can book & pay via the Mind Body app. Great cardio class (I did box + climb) and got an 8.0 strain (Whoop band data) in 30 minutes….

Fantastic experience: One of my favorite studios in Downton NOLA. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. Classes are 30 minutes which is very convenient for busy schedules and people who work in business district. They have two lunchtime classes at 12:00 and 12:30 which is convenient if you have time crunch but you have to get your daily dose of workout. Very nice and clean bathrooms and showers. I had class with Tim and Brandon, who both are great coaches.
