Fantastic experience: I’ve always been intimidated by the workout studio culture in New Orleans, especially as a beginner. Body Shoppe eliminates the fear of not fitting in (who wants that anyway?!) and performance anxiety. It is inclusive, supportive, energetic, and extremely addicting. Go see for yourself!

Fantastic experience: Love this place, and the people who created it! I started use their On-Demand platform a few months ago (at home) and I love it. I have some health issues, so I love that they have such a wide variety of options when it comes to the different types of classes they have available. I can go HAM and do two or three difficult classes, or take it super easy with a 20 minute flow. My favorite part, is that the instructors are real humans who don’t BS you the entire time. I love hearing things like, “Crotch sweat or it didn’t happen” ???????????? Thanks BS crew for getting me back into the swing of things after quarantine. XX

Fantastic experience: Such a great place! My wife and I walked by a couple days ago to peek around, saw that they have an infrared sauna and a really healthy smoothie bar. Came back today for the sauna and I highly recommend! Bobby was extremely kind and helpful, also provided us some healthy restaurant recommendations for while we are visiting NOLA! 6 star service!!! A must go.

Fantastic experience: What a fun workout studio! The classes are diverse and different, yet I've left each one feeling sweaty and satisfied and down right self confident. Highly recommend any of Kelsey's classes. Also their gear is super cute. I haven't even mentioned the showers, infrared sauna, and spacious locker room. Cant wait for the juice bar to open so this can be my new go-to healthy morning spot!
