Fantastic experience: I felt welcomed the first day I walked in. The staff is experienced and they offer a variety of workouts. The classes are small and the gym is clean. After a month here, I can’t say enough wonderful things about this gym. It has made me enjoy working out again and I’m forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: The studio is small, clean, and the size keeps the class capacity low as well, which I like. They have a variety of classes and class times. I can go every day and do something different. The owner, J, is very nice and makes a point to speak with the members when they are in for class. I’ve tried other studios in the area and I like this one the best!

Fantastic experience: Love working out with J! The studio is clean, and easy to get to. The workout style improves your fitness level and really pushes you, but accommodations can always be made. Definitely recommend going a couple of times to get a feel for it.
