F45 Training Garden District

Fantastic experience: F45 is an AMAZING workout! The Garden District’s facilities were clean, organized and the coaches An & Jordan helped correct my form while providing a fun experience. They also have a large locker room area & showers making it easy to go straight from your workout to school/work!

Fantastic experience: So happy to finally find a gym that makes it easy and fun to work out. F45 takes all the thought out of it so all you have to do is show up. I love that you can go at your own pace and the trainers do a great job of pushing you without being in your face. The music is awesome too! Sal, Zack and Tyler have created a great environment and have an awesome team working with them.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few F45 studios in different states and this one is my favorite by far. The staff and coaches are super friendly, accommodating, and attentive. They give great form corrections, challenges, and modifications if you need them. The studio itself is beautiful with a full locker room and parking is surprisingly easy for being a block off of Magazine St. There’s a community feel and it’s definitely somewhere I look forward to going after a long work day!
