Fantastic experience: The coaches at F45 Nola CBD have been great! They are very knowledgeable & keep you motivated. While in class they pump you up to get the reps in till the end of each set. Not only are they professional but also a very fun team. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable no matter where your fitness level is. It’s easier to get through a tough workout having fun and laughing along the way. Enjoying the workout surely motivates me to keep coming back & the results of course. I highly recommend you to check out a class & I promise you won’t be disappointed!
