CrossFit^® NOLA Downtown

Fantastic experience: I was in New Orleans for a work trip this spring and dropped in to CrossFit NOLA Downtown for Open Workout 22.3. They welcomed me with open arms! This location and facility is great, the coach was engaging and knowledgeable, and members were super friendly and encouraging. I will definitely be back when my travels next bring me to NOLA!

Fantastic experience: I dropped in while on a work trip from TX in 2019. Short Uber ride from convention center area. Great facility, great community, the coach made me feel like I was right at home. Never did get my shirt though, haha! If you're ever in NOLA and looking for a place to drop-in, this is the one.

Fantastic experience: This was my first CrossFit experience. I travel for work a few months at a time and always find a CrossFit gym. So far I’ve only had good experiences but CrossFit NOLA has really been the best so far. I think they’re coaches are the most knowledgeable and friendliest I’ve seen around. Also, all of the members and coaches at ANY of the locations are wonderful as well. Whenever I am passing through for work or travel, I always make time to drop in (and get some gumbo).
