Fantastic experience: So many things to love about this place. Fun, friendly, not intimidating atmosphere for any level of fitness. She challenges you at your level. Very personable. Reasonable prices. Lots of equipment and different classes. Wish I had tried this a long time ago.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! Classes are very diverse and designed for every woman. Rebecca has a wealth of knowledge in the Health and Fitness industry and she makes you feel empowered. Class format personal training!! Very warm and welcoming and she has a pure, genuine passion to help everyone feel and be their best! Highly recommend????????????????????
