Fantastic experience: Great place to take an hour or two and focus on yourself. Clean place, owner is cool, and nice variety of equipment to choose from. 1 on 1 training is awesome. Justin is my trainer, and he is so patient with me and very good at what he does!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. Owner is down to earth and solid. You can either sign up for classes, work 1 on 1 with a trainer, or just do your own deal. Prices for trainer may seem higher at first but they are well worth it. The owner has an awesome staff. Mike is my trainer.
