Fantastic experience: I decided last minute to do a drop in class today. I was immediately welcomed by not only the owner of the establishment but by multiple members. This alone shows you how Tuff Girl is run as the kindness flows from the top and out.. I was supported every single second of the class... by not only the women running the class but by other members.... helping me retrieve the correct equipment, showing me how to do the exercises, and simply cheering me on. I can not recommend Tuff Girl enough. The exercise itself was difficult enough but able to be adjusted as needed. Great music and great great women! I will be back :-)

Fantastic experience: Best gym around. You will not regret stepping foot inside these doors, once you meet the amazing coaches! Challenging workouts, lots of fun, great atmosphere and empowering energy! I'll never train anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I really can’t say enough positive things about this gym. I’ve been going 2-3x a week for about 9 months. Before that, I was never a consistent exerciser. I would go to a gym for a couple months then quit. I really hated working out, and I felt very self-conscious doing so. Tuff Girl completely changed all that. It’s such an incredibly positive work-out experience. The coaches are incredibly supportive and encouraging for whatever level of fitness you are currently at. All the members are incredibly supportive and generous with each other. I’ve noticed enormous improvements in my health and fitness. There’s no way I could have done it without this gym and it’s amazing community. For people who want to try it without committing they have a great, very affordable 2-week trial period. So really there’s no reason not to give it a shot! You won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: This is the gym to go to! Excellent coaches, the classes are great and very nice fellow athletes. As a guy I do the Tuff Group classes, I love them!
